Terms and Conditions

Princess Cruises® (“Princess”) is proud to partner with Xponential Fitness® (“Xponential”) to offer a 100% match in Princess Cruise Credits (as defined below, and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein), in connection with a consumer’s eligible Xponential purchase (“Offer”).

Eligibility: The Offer (and therefore, corresponding Princess Cruise Credits, if any) are only available to eligible consumers as defined by Xponential in its general Offer terms (eligible consumers, “Consumers”).

Details: Consumers that make an eligible Xponential Purchase (as defined by Xponential in its general Offer terms), will receive a Princess® promotional cruise credit (“Princess Cruise Credit(s)”) in an amount equal to the Xponential Purchase, pre-taxes, fees, and expenses. All determinations of whether a Purchase is eligible and qualifies for the Offer and a Princess Cruise Credit shall be determined by Princess and Xponential in their sole discretion. For example, a Consumer who purchases a $499 (pre-taxes and fees) Xponential® XPASS annual plan during the Term will receive a Princess Cruise Credit with a value of $499 that the Consumer may use as described below. The Princess Cruise Credit will only be awarded to the Consumer whose name appears on the Xponential® XPASS annual plan made in connection with the Purchase.

Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Purchase per person/email address during the Offer Term and a maximum of one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (1,999) in Princess Cruise Credits to be awarded in connection with the Offer.

Princess Cruise Credits Terms and Details: The Princess Cruise Credits expire on January 31, 2023 and must be used by such date or will be forfeited in their entirety. The Princess Cruise Credit may be applied towards the purchase of a cruise fare for a Princess® cruise, or on a Princess® cruisetour as well as corresponding bundle packages as part of the cruise fare. Princess Cruise Credits must be used on a cruise that departs on a Princess® cruise in 2022 or 2023 or such Princess Cruise Credit shall be forfeited.

All cruise reservations and arrangements are subject to availability and restrictions such as blackout dates, all as determined solely by Princess in its sole discretion (each eligible cruise, a “Cruise”). A maximum of $999 worth of Princess Cruise Credits may be applied to a single Cruise booking. Princess Cruise Credits are subject to all terms imposed by Princess. Cruise fares include all regular onboard meals and entertainment. Princess Cruise Credits cannot be used on individual items that are not included in an available package including, without limitation, taxes, fees, port expenses, alcoholic beverages, baggage fees and travel expenses (including but not limited to all shore-side hotel accommodations, airline fees or ground transfers to and from the ship), onboard expenditures, onboard gratuities, onboard discretionary hotel/dining charges, onboard meals in alternate dining venues, excursion fees, boutique purchases, and any other expenses not specified as being eligible for Princess Cruise Credit spending. Princess Cruise Credits must be used and applied before boarding a Cruise; the Princess Cruise Credits are not onboard currency or usable/redeemable on board a cruise. Any expenses that are not eligible to be covered by a Princess Cruise Credit are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.

All cruise fares and corresponding packages are at launch pricing as defined in the Princess reservation system. Not all items on the Princess website/items available in connection with a Cruise can be paid for with a Princess Cruise Credit.

Princess Cruise Credits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable, and cannot be sold or shared. Any attempt to transfer or sell a Princess Cruise Credit will void such Princess Cruise Credit in its entirety. The Consumer who receives the Princess Cruise Credit in connection with the Offer must: (i) book the Cruise, (ii) be part of the Cruise booking; and (iii) sail on the Cruise in which the Princess Cruise Credit was used. Princess Cruise Credit cannot be used to book a Cruise for any person other than the Consumer. If for any reason the Consumer does not board or embark on the Cruise as required, any other guests sailing in the Consumer’s cabin will be held responsible for the full cost of the Cruise and will not be able to use the Princess Cruise Credit. Princess Cruise Credits are valid on new bookings only and are not valid on previously booked sailings. Princess Cruise Credits cannot be combined with any other offers, including but not limited to any Princess casino offer, any general Princess offer, or any third-party offer.

By sailing, Consumer and any guests agree to Princess’ passenger contract available at https://www.princess.com/legal/passage_contract/.

Cruise guests (if Consumer chooses to add a guest to the booking) must meet all eligibility requirements to sail as described on Princess’ website as of the date of departure unless the Cruise guest is the child of the Consumer (in which case such minor guests must be accompanied at all times during the Cruise by the Consumer). All Cruise travelers must have all necessary identification and/or Cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by Princess and/or applicable governments/ports) required for chosen Cruise. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Princess reserves the right to refuse to embark any traveler, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Princess, a traveler is unfit for any reason for the Cruise. Princess shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by Cruise operators or any other persons providing any Cruise-related services or accommodations. Consumer and any guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Princess has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
